This is a Bluetooth Receiver and not a Bluetooth Transmitter. With this device you can turn any set of non-wireless earphones into wireless earphones. Your earphones plug into the device or the 3.5mm jack plugs into any equipment that accepts AUX 3.5mm input. You cannot use this device to send sound or audio from your PC to your phone (as that is a Bluetooth Transmitter). You can send music/audio from your phone to the Bluetooth Receiver and connect speakers/earphones to hear the music.
